D turned 30 this year. Officially old 🙂 He and I had been trying to decide how to celebrate. He decided a trip to the coast was the right way to do it. We rounded up the troops and headed to Lincoln City. We Drew chose Lincoln City because there was a casino, ha which is probably good for a 30th celebration. We packed up the truck and headed west.
The view from the house we rented wasn’t half bad!
We set up corn hole on the deck- perfect beach weekend activities.
We walked to the beach for the sunset.
The next day Claire + Nolan led us to a secret beach… I can’t tell you where it was…or else.
We walked back to the beach in front of the house. Time for kites.
Drew is a bigggg fan of crab, so we decided to have a crab feed. These crabs were SOOOO delicious. I highly recommend trying this- it was so easy too!
We hung out on the deck because the sun was setting and it was time for some birthday cake!! (cheesecake that is.)
It was a great weekend with great friends. A perfect way to cap of the 20’s 🙂
Love, Rachel xo
