Why does it always seem to happen around the holidays-money gets tight. have no fear here is a gift guide for all items under $25.
Anthropologie tea cups
So Anthropologie is known for it’s luxurious clothing and accessories most of which break my $25 budget. They do have a home section which has a delicious variety of cute tea cups- mugs-bowls etc. Most of them are under $20 take a look here.
Anthropologie patterned postcard stationary $19.95
Maybe it’s just me, but I love Anthropologie. I wish everything I owned came from that place. I’d need to win the lottery (maybe twice) in order to make that happen. Nonetheless, here is another great idea: stationary! Some of my friends & family live in far away places. There is always a good excuse to send someone a good old fashioned letter. Especially if it comes on beautiful paper. You could even frame the card when you are done. Find it here.
Bath & Body Works 3-wick Candle in Marshmallow Fireside $20
I recently shared my irrational love for Bath & Body Works 3- Wick candles. They are all amazing and you can’t really go wrong. I am loving this scent this fall/winter/holiday season. Great mix of sweet, pine, and overall AMAZING-ness. Great gift for any candle lover on your list. Find it here!
Book: The Art of Racing in the Rain $15 (hardcover)
Can’t ever go wrong with a good book. This one is up there in my favorites. Especially good for any dog owner. Here is a mini plot summary, “A heart-wrenching but deeply funny and ultimately uplifting story of family, love, loyalty, and hope–a captivating look at the wonders and absurdities of human life . . . as only a dog could tell it.” Better get on it! Find it on Amazon here.
Made in Oregon Gift Box $21.95
I’ll be honest, sometimes I think gift boxes are lame. Tiny amounts of product, sometimes it tastes weird, just kinda over it. BUT Made in Oregon does it right. Everything tastes fresh, looks good and is creative. If you have someone who loves all things Oregon or who should start loving it- send them this! Any box is good, they have quite the variety! Check them out here.
West Elm Market Bag $18
There isn’t any girl I know who doesn’t love a good bag. This one is perfect for quick trips to the grocery store, the beach, holiday parties where you are bringing supplies, carrying several bottles wine (obviously). This cute and durable bag is great. And not too girly- so even your guy wouldn’t mind toting it around. Find it here.
There are some good items in this list. I also tried adding websites & stores that have SO many ideas that if you click the links you will also be presented with many other wonderful gifts. My tips would be: Search by price (if you have a budget). Look for gift tabs or gift idea pages on websites (they usually add them in around the holidays). Make it something they know you put a little thought into (makes even the littlest gifts seem amazing).
Need any other ideas- just leave a comment about the person, place, theme etc. of the gift and I will come to the rescue.
love, giving presents! xo
i went to anthro before our HH last week and just wanted to live in the store. think they would be ok with that?
I wonder if they would let us spend the night. Haha
So that marshmallow candle makes me hungry for sweets – I'm convinced it's not good for my health!
Have you smelled that one??
I have! It smells exactly like a slightly-burned marshmallow. I got my candles in the mail today and I ordered the holiday cookies one (definitely a favorite) and the frosted cranberries and the frosted cranberries one is AMAZING!!
