I love tacos. So when I heard about the opening party for Stella Taco in NE, I jumped at the chance to try a new place.

The shop is so cute. It’s a great addition to the Alberta neighborhood. But I am biased. I love tacos. The food was simple, yet authentic. The flavors were amazing and it wasn’t too heavy. I left feeling content and seriously guys, it was good.
How cute is this!? The opening was on a Monday, so first things first!
Now on to the food! It was FANTASTIC. They were passing around 3-4 dishes and I loved all of it.
I was so sad when it was over…
Do yourself a favor and get down there, especially if you love tacos like me.

Looks like the food was delicious indeed. I must admit, living in Hillsboro, the Alberta neighborhood is not the one that I get out hang out in a lot, but for Tacos, I'll definitely visit!
