Las Vegas has become a food scene. Many celebrity and acclaimed chefs have opened up shop. I had done a little research before we left, but just couldn’t decide. We played it by ear, and tried to eat close to other activities we had planned. Here is how everything shook out:
Meal # 1: Mesa Grill, by Bobby Flay
Blue corn lobster tacos, tuna tartare nachos, honey glazes salmon and margs!
Meal # 2: Red Square, Mandalay Bay
Smoked salmon pizza (my favorite item of the trip), duck fat fries, and
a couple several vodka drinks (when in Russia!) This place had an ice bar! Check it out below.
Meal # 3: Fleur, Hubert Keller
Lamb gyro, grilled octopus, beef tartare tacos, beignets, sangria!
Finally to cap off the trip a stroll down the strip to see the fountains at Bellagio. It was such a fun getaway. The sun, the food and of course the company. Can’t wait until our next adventure together. Thanks D for an amazing Valentine’s Day gift 🙂
